Full Effect Hair Design is a hair salon in East KILDONAN that has been in business since 1992. We have 8 stylists to choose from, all of whom have many years of experience. Our main # is 204-669-6858 and a message can be left. All of the stylists take apt by text as most are chair renters and make their own apts. We are generally quite busy so please forgive us if we don't get back to you in the same day. We specialize in all color applications, men's cuts, styling and straightening.
