Guided Journey Coaching aims to weave worlds and restore wholeness in an authentic restoration of balance in a natural environment. Pauline strives to use trauma- informed language that will meet you where you are on your journey. She has had the honour of learning global methods that she shares while walking with you towards dreams and goals you never thought possible. Trauma does not need to define who you are any longer. Located in the Heart of our Metis homeland off the banks of the Red River; energy clearing, vision board workshops, or cacao ceremony are offered while we work together 1:1 or in groups. There are a variety of manifestation workshops available including; couples, mother-daughter, power word and the ultimate dream come true workshop
