About Us

Janet La France has professional training in traditional animation and has developed an artistic style influenced by this as well as book illustration and 20th-century poster art. She has illustrated more than seven children's books, several textbooks, posters, private commissions, and other projects. Her drawings are primarily created using a combination of pencil, watercolor, and ink. Janet is passionate about history, nature, and heritage, which inspire many of her illustrations.
